Where is your bakery located?

I am a home baker located in Menomonie, WI. One day I may be able to open a brick & mortar storefront, but until then, I bake from my home kitchen in beautiful Menomonie!

How do you determine your pricing?

Custom bakery work involves a lot of planning, preparation, and time to get it all just right! I have usually spent several hours making plans for your design before I even turn on the oven! This includes making sketches, obtaining custom cookie cutters, or sourcing other materials needed to complete your order. The prices listed are reflective of my skill and the level of care I put into every design request, as well as the time it takes to complete the order. For example, a set of custom sugar cookies can take 6-8 hours or more to decorate, depending on difficulty of the design!

Ok, I’d like to place an order! How do we do this?

Great! You can get in touch with me several ways - using the online form in the Contact Us section, emailing me directly, or by sending a message to me via the bakery’s business page on Facebook or Instagram. We will then discuss all the details about your ideas and event, and determine the best options for you. Once we are both happy with the plans, I will generate an itemized invoice using Square and send it to you via email. The invoice can then be paid online using a check card or credit card. I require payment in full by two weeks prior to pickup or delivery date, when possible (see below for information on Rush Orders).

How do I get my goods from you, do you deliver?

Standard pickup is at my residence in Menomonie, and I will provide you with the exact address and directions closer to the final date. Pickup is typically on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, as determined during the planning of the order.

I do offer delivery within Menomonie for a flat rate of $5, with an additional 50 cents per mile to locations outside of Menomonie. If you’d prefer to meet at a neutral location somewhere in Menomonie, not at my residence, please be aware that this will be subject to the $5 local delivery fee.

We also now offer shipping! We can ship anywhere within the US for a flat fee of $20 to cover extra packaging materials and shipping costs!

Anything else we should know?

Here are a few more items to mention:

• Rush Orders - I am often booked out 4-6 weeks in advance, so please get in touch as early as possible to avoid disappointment! It doesn’t hurt to inquire even if your event is closer, but please be aware that orders requested with less than 2 weeks’ notice will be subject to a 20% rush fee per order (subject to availability).

• Allergens/Special Dietary Requirements - Because I am baking in my home kitchen, I am not able to guarantee an allergen-free environment or accommodate special dietary requirements (such as gluten-free) at this time. Please communicate any allergies or sensitivities at the time you are placing your order.

• Cancellations - Orders can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery for a full refund. Orders cancelled 1 week prior are subject to 50% refund. No refund will be given for orders cancelled 3 days or less from scheduled date of pickup.

• No Shows - Orders not picked up within 2 hours after the agreed-upon time will be considered “no shows” and donated to a worthy cause. I totally understand things come up, so please be in touch if you need to make any changes to the pickup time or location!
